Update 30th January

Boyle GAA Club are delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Morley to the position of senior team manager. Tom comes highly recommended and has managed Ballyhaunis and Tubbercurry in recent seasons. We wish him and his selectors all the best for the season ahead.

Des McLoughlin and Joe Noone were €20 winners at the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in the Moylurg Bar. The house prize was won by Sandra Kelly. The jackpot wasn’t won. It will be at €2,500 for the next draw on Saturday February 4th which will be held in Dodd's Bar, with Team E in charge. 

There will be a club executive meeting this Thursday February 2nd in the club room, at 8:30pm.

Thank you to all that helped with the challenge game against Geevagh over the weekend. 

REGISTRATION FOR 2017
Wednesday February 1st in the club rooms, Under 12 Boys at 7:00 pm, Under 14 Boys at 7:00 pm and Minor Boys at 8:15pm.
Please note, that all players, managers and mentors must be registered for insurance purposes.
The cost of registration is again set at €50 for 2017 and all registration fees collected are remitted to Co Board in affiliation fees.
There will also be an opportunity on the night to join our lotto.

Update 16th January

John and Olive Filan and Seamus Nugent were €20 winners at the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in Daly's Bar. The house prize was won by Killian Cox. The jackpot wasn’t won. It will be at €2,400 for the next draw on Friday January 21st which will be held in the Moylurg Bar, with Team D in charge. 

Well done to Donie Smith and Roscommon who defeated NUIG in FBD League on Sunday last. 
Commiserations to Cian McKeon and the Roscommon U-21's who were defeated by Longford in the Hastings Cup over the weekend.

Update 9th January

Martin Shannon and Keith Conroy were €20 winners at the most recent Club Lotto draw which was held in Creighton's Bar. The house prize was won by John Cryan. The jackpot wasn’t won. It will be at €2,300 for the next draw on Friday January 14th which will be held in Daly's Bar, with Team C in charge. 

The club wish to extend best wishes to all people who have and plan to move abroad in 2016/2017.

Well done to Enda and Donie Smith who were apart of the Roscommon team that defeated IT Sligo in the FBD league in the Abbey Park on Sunday last.

The club wish to thank all personal for their Trojan work in the preparation and running of Roscommon game. 


The club wish to extend sympathies to the Duggan Family, Castlerea and the Clifford family, Boyle on their recent bereavements.

Udate 2nd January 2017

Boyle GAA Club are delighted to be hosting the 1st round of the FBD league between Roscommon and IT Sligo in the Abbey Park, January 8th 2017, at 2pm.

The annual Christmas quiz took place on Wednesday December 28th and the winners were: 1st place: the Smith team; 2nd: the Young/O'Connor team and 3rd the O'Donnell/Feely team.

Also on the night presentations were made to the following:
U-20 player of the year: Cian McKeon
Junior player of the year: Ben Kerins
Senior player of the year: Darren O'Connor
Ladies player of the year: Suzie Keenahan
 Club person of the year: Jan Flanagan
 Hall of fame: Mike Smith jnr


The club would like to thank everyone who supported the quiz on the night and to Tony Conboy(Quizmaster) and Keith Conroy on sound.
